About Evidence Systems

We build data systems where every claim traces back to its source, and we can run them for you.

We work with NGOs and NPOs, funders, government departments, and research and policy teams: people who have to stand behind a report and show where each claim in it came from.

The company

Evidence Systems (Pty) Ltd, registration number 2026/740413/07, Cape Town.

Every claim, traced.

Most organisations do not have a data shortage. They have partner reports, submissions, interviews, registers and records collected for one purpose that now have to answer a different question. We audit that material, build the system that takes it from source to report, and keep every claim linked to the document, page or record it came from. Then we hand it over, or we run it for you. See how we work.

What we hold to

  • Traceability. Every claim keeps its link to its source.
  • Accuracy. A person checks the work, and we record who checked it.
  • Honesty. We say plainly what the evidence will and will not support.
  • Ownership. You own your sources, your data and the final deliverables.
